PAYMENTS
A non-refundable deposit is required when booking your appointment. This deposit goes towards your service. If Essis Touch cancels your appointment, you will be refunded the deposit in full.
CANCELLATIONS
You may reschedule only once within the same month. Beyond that, a new deposit fee is required. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid charges.
HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS
An extra $35 fee applies for appointments on major holidays including New Year’s, New Year’s Eve, Christmas, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and the 4th of July.
